Paradise High School and Paradise Junior High are seeking passionate, dedicated coaches at all experience levels to join our athletics programs and help shape the future of our student-athletes.

As our community continues to rebuild and grow following the Camp Fire, athletics play a vital role in recovery providing structure, mentorship, and opportunity for our students on the Ridge. This is more than a coaching position; it’s a chance to invest in young lives and be part of something meaningful.

Position Overview
Coaches are responsible for leading and developing a sport program that aligns with the Paradise Athletics Mission. Our coaches view athletics as an extension of the classroom teaching lifelong lessons, building character, and creating meaningful, lasting experiences for student-athletes.

What We’re Looking For

• Individuals passionate about mentoring and developing youth
• Coaches with experience at any level (youth, high school, collegiate, or beyond)
• Leaders who value character, teamwork, and personal growth
• Commitment to building a positive and inclusive team culture
• Desire to contribute to the continued rebuilding and strengthening of the Paradise community

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead practices and competitions
• Foster skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor
• Promote academic accountability and personal growth
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and the community
