Wildflower Century

The Chico Velo Wildflower Century first began in 1981 on a very rainy day with a handful of riders and one route option. Today the ride attracts thousands of riders from all over the world partaking in one of 7 different route options ranging from 12 miles to 125 miles throughout scenic Butte County in the springtime. Riders challenge themselves with hill climbs and/or enjoy flat roads through the almond orchards.
 We are excited to announce that retired professional cyclist Tyler Hamilton will be riding in the Wildflower Century this year!
