This 200-hour, Utility Line Clearance Arborist Training course will introduce you to best practices in Utility Vegetation Management This course is designed to enhance the understanding and application of safety, integrated vegetation management, tree identification, tree biology, proper pruning techniques, safe equipment operations, tree climbing techniques and customer service. Trainees will receive certificates in: Flagger OSHA 10 AHA First Aid & CPR. Hands on training includes: Utility Arborist ANSIZ133 Safety Standards 3-Way Safety Communications Utility Best Management Practice (BMP) Tree Identification Climbing and Limb Walking Bucket Truck Operations Chainsaw and Chipper Operations The five-week course runs Monday-Thursday, from August 19th-September 20th, 2024, 7:00am-5:00pm.
