Tai Chi and Qi Gong one uses the mind, body and breath. Tai chi has the potential to be used for self defense. Both are forms for meditation in movement and are practiced to strengthen the chi or body energy. All systems in the body and the mind are helped. Many seniors practice these to improve balance.
