SCORE Workshop - Delivering Quality Service
"Delivering Quality Service" will be presented by the Greater Chico Area SCORE, a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses. This workshop will introduce the service delivery model, identify potential process gaps in delivery of quality service experiences and discuss the factors of service delivery.
