Resiliency Zone Awareness Skills, 2/21/2023 9-12 pm The goal of this training is to introduce the Community Resilience Model (CRM)® and help create “resiliency-focused” spirit in the workplace. Gain an understanding of how humans respond to stressful experiences. Learn the six CRM wellness skills designed to help you track your nervous system responses to bring the body, mind, and spirit back into greater balance. Leave the training empowered with simple yet powerful techniques to gain a greater sense of control and the ability to overcome adverse situations.
