A community event to address what we choose to regrow from these ashes. The needs are innumerable and the opportunity is great; let us come together to share ideas and resources.
***For folks who have needs unmeet, come and share what your needs are****
***For folks who want to help, come and listen and share your offer***
Matthew Trumm of www.treetoppermaculture.org will present on permaculture practices we can all take to best heal the land that is our home.
Stephen Murray of www.nationalvictimsupportnetwork.org will update his efforts to support those hardest hit by the fire--folks who have been at the shelter for 3 months and where they are now and what we can do to help them.
Allen Myers of www.notjustnews.org will be there to talk about unifying as a community around this shared experience, how we identify who we are now and how to put that into what kind of town we want to rebuild.
Updates on a temp village in chico.
Also present to listen and support will be friends from: www.livingguild.com.
The conversation is focused here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/219564068946083/
If you have a project on the ridge or resource that you want to share please reach out and we will add it to the description. This is open. It takes a village to build a village. You are needed.
