PRPD Regional Trails Workshop (In Person)
November 18, 2022, 10am-5pm
Let’s Talk Trails!
The Paradise Recreation and Park District (PRPD) is looking for your input, guidance, and expertise to help inform the development of a regional trails concept plan. You are invited to join the PRPD Regional Trails Workshop to generate creative ideas and preliminary recommendations for a regional trail network linking priority destinations within and near PRPD boundaries.
This is a focused working group with a relatively small number of invited community partners and stakeholders to collaborate and share their best ideas for upcoming and future trails projects. Participants at this meeting will help develop public outreach efforts in 2023 to the wider public.
This highly interactive workshop will build on current and future trail planning projects to develop trail concepts to support long-term recovery efforts to improve community health and wellness, rural connectivity, climate resilience, and economic revitalization. Ideas generated from this workshop will help to shape future regional trail development priorities.
Where: Terry Ashe Recreation Center (Paradise, CA)
When: Friday, November 18, 2022, 10am-5pm (lunch and snacks provided)
For those community members and partners that haven’t had a chance to complete the online trails survey, your participation is encouraged here:
