Miniskills Electrical
MiniSkills Electrical In this training, trainees will be introduced to fundamental electrical safety (OSHA-10 based), Alternating Current (AC) and Direct Current (DC) in fundamentals and their applications. Concepts of circuits. Use of measurement devices such as digital volt-ohm-ampere meters, continuity and polarity devices will be introduced and used in hands-on application. Concepts of inductance and capacitance will be described and applied. Electrical schematics and pictorial-based plans for industrial use will be introduced. A combination of online learning reinforced with hands-on application activities will be used. Electrical Safety Introduction (OSHA-10 based) Identify major electrical hazards. Describe types of electrical hazards. Describe electrical protection methods. Recognize employer requirements to protect workers from electrical hazards
