Dr. Schroll will explain the role palliative care can play in the lives of patients living with dementia and the importance of completing an advance health care directive early. Jennifer Stuart will provide practical tips for incorporating exercise into your daily routine - one way to reduce risk factors associated with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as heart disease, diabetes and more.
