This workshop will be presented by the Greater Chico Area Score, a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses. Making the transition from a start-up or "Mom and Pop" operation to an enduring great company is difficult.This session will discuss leadership styles and effectiveness, components of a effective strategic plans, specific tactics and budgeting to make it happen.
