Garden BLITZ On The Burn Scar

The Garden BLITZ On The Burn Scar is open for applications for gardens! If you live in Concow, Yankee Hill, Pulga, Magalia, Paradise or anywhere in between that burned, please sign up for your 4'x4' box. We "heartily" encourage folks to sign up for scholarships! Installations Aug. 22-30. We also seek COVID trusted, COVID safe teams of 3 or 4 to sign up for installations cuz this can't happen without community support. We will ask that gardeners and installers only connect outside and with plenty of social distance and masks. The food system is changing. Let's jumpstart the Ridge and Concow area and get them growing more food. Boxes include-4'x4' wood box, soil, 6 plants, mulch, hardware cloth and a chicken wire cage creation for critter control.
