Fins, Fur & Feather Sports ~ Ten Year Anniversary Celebration
Inspired by their passion for hunting and fishing, Dad, (Larry Main) and Cousin (Shawn Naumann) started a business, Fins, Fur and Feather Sports, (AKA, Triple F Sports.)  Seasoned salesman Larry Main wanted to have the largest possible local selection of fishing supplies and to provide more services to the community. 
After about two years, Shawn had to leave, leaving Dad with failing health and fellow employees Chuck and Keith.  It was in February 2014 that Chris Main, current owner, decided to retire early from Paradise Fire Department to run the business with Keith, Chuck and wife Kathryn.  Over the years, the business suffered severe difficulties: droughts that slowed down fishing; a tree falling into the building during a wind storm, (closing the business for two months); the opening of Big Box Stores; the Camp Fire that displaced most of the Ridge population; COVID-19; and severe supply chain issues that made all inventory very difficult to obtain. Yet, the store continues and thrives today, improving each year.
