Curves wants to improve these statistics by providing education and practical techniques to help women improve their balance and posture reducing the risk of falls, broken bones, and other serious injuries. Plus, better balance can help reduce stress to joints helping you live a better quality of life. Curves is proud to share this educational course with the community at the Magalia Community Center located at 13917 South Park Drive Magalia starting on Tuesday, July 13th.
